Lead Product Designer | Aug 2025 – Present
- Designing AI agents to maximize marketing effectiveness and reach for enterprise users.
- Led the successful Spring 2026 launch of the “Campaign Creation Agent,” a multi-year initiative enabling marketers to autonomously deploy complex campaigns using generative AI.
- Leading UX strategy and design for B2C agentic features, having transitioned to this new charter in May 2026.
Sr. Product Designer | Dec 2019 – Aug 2025
- Led the design for all marketing AI features at Salesforce, significantly improving operational efficiency for marketers.
- Spearheaded early generative AI solutions for marketing from 2022 onward, prototyping, testing, and shipping multiple product evolutions for campaign creation with Gen AI.
- Drove the UX strategy for foundational predictive AI features and custom propensity scoring models from 2019 to 2022.
Oracle, Redwood Shores
Sr. Interaction Designer | July 2018 – Dec 2019
- Led the design for complex HR specialist UIs across desktop and mobile as part of the core HCM team, helping secure Oracle’s #1 positioning in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant.
- Partnered with cross-functional teams to evolve core HCM experiences into the foundational Redwood Design System.
Interaction Designer | July 2014 – July 2018
- Lead designer for Compensation, Global HR, and Workforce Management; established the core responsive patterns that modernized the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.
- Served on a 2017 task force to completely overhaul HCM suite UX patterns, closing competitive gaps and driving strong early product adoption.
- Designed critical analytical tools for Oracle Management Cloud (desktop/mobile/tablet); patterns were adopted platform-wide by enterprise customers.
UX Design Intern | May 2013 – Dec 2013
- Researched and designed a unified pattern for the Bloomberg Terminal’s Contact Management System (CMS) that eliminated fragmented workflows; work was so well received it converted a 3-month internship into an 8-month co-op to partner with Product and Engineering to build the live product.
